Light the Fires Dinner
From the Ashes, An American Smoked and Fired Foods Adventure, is returning in 2019 for another food and fun filled weekend!
A delicious start to the weekend! Enjoy fellowship and dinner by our 2018 Culinary Alumni as the Pitmasters start their fires for Saturday's showcase event. Join Andy Buffington of Hiro's BBQ, Brad Peugh of Bohica Smoke and Christopher White of Cosmic Cowboy Grill as we kick off the weekend's food and beverage celebration.
This evening's traditional Low Country Boil style dinner is being created to bring conversation and celebration to the table! Beer, wine and cider from the area will be available for purchase onsite.
