KPBX Free Kids' Concert-Celtic Dance Party with Floating Crowbar
Saturday, March 10, 2018, 01:00pm

Get ready to move your feet at the March Kids' Concert: the Celtic Dance Party with Floating Crowbar! On March 10, at 1 pm, at the Riverside Place Auditorium (formerly the Masonic Temple), kids young and old will shake a leg to the high-energy mix of traditional and contemporary Irish music from Spokane's premiere Irish band.

Multi instrumentalists Don Thomsen and James Hunter have joined forces with guitarist Rick Rubin and fiddler Morgan Andersen. Their use of uilleann pipes, flute, whistle, banjo and mandolin as well as fiddle and guitar is sure to get you dancing a jig at this free concert. Coming from a wide variety of backgrounds and musical interests, they bring together their common passion for Irish music, good humor, mutual respect and friendship into a show that will be enjoyed by any Celtic music fan.
